Windows and graphs cannot be resized, despite having a resize handle, graphs too small for 1920X1080 screen resolution

SOLUTION [released in V2.3.0.1] :

- Double-click on the graph to enlarge the graph to the full size of the window. Double again on the enlarged graph to return it to the original size.
